About us

Warmer Homes can provide a range of fully-funded energy efficiency improvements for your home and is led by Portsmouth City Council, working in partnership with a consortium of 22 other local authorities. These improvements are funded by the Warm Homes: Local Grant funding, which is administered by the Government’s Department for Energy Security & Net Zero (DESNZ).
